Summer of 2001 saw the rebirth of the NSC Youth Sailing Program. Kids, ages 7 to 15 became familiar with basic sailing skills and water safety. They gained the confidence to skipper a small sailboat from "point A" to "point B" and back again.

The 2007 Junior Sailing session will be held from July 16th through July 20th.

The NSC has also seen the reorganization of the Junior Officer program, dedicated to instilling an intrest in boating and the Niagara Sailing Club in the next generation. The NSC stands out as an organization with strong dedication to youth sailing education.
